Srinivasan Prasanna brings over 20 years of experience in supply chain management, with deep expertise in solution delivery, project execution, and customer success.

As Chief Delivery Officer for North America at iWMS, he ensures implementation projects run smoothly and align with client goals, helping organizations streamline operations and optimize their warehouse performance. Srinivasan combines strong technical knowledge with strategic oversight, offering valuable insights on WMS deployment, automation, and digital transformation, among other key topics.

He is currently exploring how Generative and Agentic AI can enhance warehouse operations, specifically in order processing, workforce management, and inventory replenishment, from bulk storage to pick locations. His research also includes integrating robotics with AI/ML capabilities to further improve efficiency and automation within distribution centers.

In addition to his leadership role at iWMS, Srinivasan teaches Principles of Management at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University in the U.S. His academic focus spans marketing, sales, finance, human resources, supply chain, and IT—with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making using tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.

He regularly contributes to iWMS thought leadership through blogs that explore logistics challenges, innovation trends, and strategic opportunities in the global supply chain.
